Ask for a private lounge… and you shall receive. Tucked into a mellow neighborhood, this home was bought to be a fixer-upper! In this design, we decided to reuse some old pavers with the addition of new pavers, resulting in a unique pool patio inlay that is like no other. We have redone the plantings completely around the whole landscape, opening it to a functional yard compared to the old pine and woods filled property that it used to be. Functionality is key! Other additions include an inclusive fire pit area, a redesigned tiered deck space, screened in porch with comfy seating and kitchen. What’s not to love about this space?!
